Delivery

All jewellery is packaged in Laura Polley branded boxes. A care card is included in your order. Some jewellery is ready to post, others will be made to order and sent for hallmarking which will take approximately two weeks. Jewellery over £50 is sent as Royal Mail Special Delivery. If you would like to know details of delivery times and jewellery production, please get in touch.

Hallmarking

Hallmarking is a legal requirement in the UK for precious metals. Sterling Silver pieces weighing more than 7.78g must be hallmarked. It is your guarantee of the quality of the metal. All Laura Polley Jewellery meets these requirements and all hallmarked pieces are indicated in product descriptions, marked by the London Assay Office.

Sizing

RINGS

I do not re-size rings so please ensure you check your sizing carefully. To find your ring size I suggest you visit a local jeweller who can do this for you. If you are looking at a wide band, please let them know this.

BANGLES

Bangle sizes are shown in the product descriptions. Either accurately measure the diameter of a bangle that fits you or wrap a strip of paper round the widest part of your hand and measure this as a guide to the inside circumference.
