Salt Granite Driftwood Pendant

Description

A salt granite driftwood pendant featuring an organic saltwater casting in a cup shape, below 5 ‘driftwood’ shaped castings.  The bottom one is highlighted in 24ct gold using the art of keum boo.

This collection has been inspired by water and the ocean.  Each shape is made using recycled silver and cast into Atlantic Ocean seawater.  The result is these fluid unique and organic shapes. Some of the casts are reminiscent of water droplets or splashes on rocks, others of sea beans – seed pods that move around the ocean and can be carried for thousands of miles between continents.
